How a file is handled
Medical and insurance records are collected, the cause of action is examined, an expert is instructed when needed, and the file is taken to the board or the insurer that actually decides it — National Insurance, the Ministry of Defense, or a civil defendant. If there is no cause of action, that is said in the first consult.
The office sits at 7 Abba Hillel Silver Road, Ramat Gan (the Bursa complex). Clients from Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, the south, the north, and everywhere in between are represented in the same framework. The seat is Ramat Gan; the representation is nationwide.
Academic and professional work
Adv. Ariel Freiberg lectures on torts at Ono Academic College, including the 2026 academic year, and teaches as an adjunct in the rehabilitation-medicine course at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Medicine. He is a member of the Israel Bar and chairs professional conferences — among them the 25 February 2026 conference on medical malpractice in the technological era, at the Hilton Tel Aviv.
